Tree, Lotus flow


Tree pose (Vrksasana), Stretches the groin muscles and shoulders. Strengthens the legs and improves balance.

Lotus flow(Padmasana), is the sitting asana can use it as a seat for their daily pranayama or meditation, Remember that Padmasana is a "two-sided pose," so be sure to work with both leg crosses each time you practice.
